Our academy provides structured CDL training that prepares students for real-world driving environments, professional expectations, and long-term career growth in the transportation industry.

Our founder, Gary Hollands, grew up watching his father run a scrap metal recycling business and learned at an early age that ownership creates opportunity. Inspired by that example, Hollands launched his own junk removal company in Portland, Oregon. Later, his direction shifted when he received his first major hauling contract, which required a CDL and skills he did not yet possess. Instead of stepping back, Hollands learned on the job and pushed forward before he felt ready, building the expertise that would shape his future in transportation.

Our mission goes beyond certification. We offer early-career and technical education exposure, mentorship, and workforce-aligned career pathways through commercial driver education, preparing students for Class A and Class B CDLs and required endorsements. We ensure students see transportation not just as an industry they can enter, but one they belong in and are prepared to lead.
Train using modern trucks and professional training equipment designed to simulate real driving environments, from AI to simulations and telematics, we’re always innovating to match the changing climate of the industry.
